Our Values that Guides Us
-
Mingle unconditionally
Mission Saint Faith offers medical care to underserved communities and persons based on needs, in a non-discriminatory inclusive manner, serving all with dignity and respect.
2. Give wholehearted service
We serve with unwavering commitment, compassion, and excellence. We believe compassion is the heartbeat of healing. We approach every person with kindness, empathy, and respect, recognizing their inherent dignity and unique needs. Our mission is guided by our faith, expressed through practical service and unconditional love. We believe that serving others is a reflection of God's grace, and we aim to be His hands and feet, delivering hope and healing where it is needed most.
3. Leave a lasting impression
We strive to make every interaction meaningful and memorable. Whether through a kind word, a healing touch, or a listening ear, we aim to leave behind more than just medical care, (prescription medication, treatment for a chronic or acute illness, or items to help relieve an immediate need). We leave behind dignity, hope, and human connection. Our goal is not only to treat illness but to uplift spirits, strengthen communities, and inspire change that lasts well beyond our time on site. The impact we make is measured not just in services delivered, but in the lives transformed and the relationships built.

Our Story
Mission Saint Faith (MSF) began with a simple but profound desire to give back to a small community in Jamaica. For years, during phone conversations with family and friends back home, we often hear tragic news that another person from the community passed away suddenly, most often from a heart attack, stroke, brain aneurysm, or other chronic, preventable illness. These conversations were a painful reminder of the health challenges facing the people on this beautiful island.
While Jamaica is known for its vibrant culture and stunning landscapes, the healthcare system, particularly in rural area, is limited, and access to medical services can be incredibly difficult. This gap in care led us to ask: What can we do to help?
In 2011, we answered that question with our very first mission trip, a five-day community health fair at Tacuis Golding High School. Joined by 20 volunteers from the United States and 35 local volunteers, we provided free medical, dental, and vision services to hundreds of individuals in need. The overwhelming success of this first mission, the magnitude of the health needs we witnessed, and the profound impact we made in just five days inspired us to continue this work. And so, Mission Saint Faith was born.
Mission Saint Faith was established to help individuals in underserved communities, both nationally and internationally, live longer, healthier, and more productive lives. We do this by providing compassionate healthcare services, education, and resources that empower people to embrace healthier lifestyles and achieve better health outcomes.
